Horizant®: Single-step titration for PHN1,a 
Twice-daily dosing1
Horizant® offers single-step titration and reaches therapeutic dose within 4 days1- A 600 mg dose of Horizant® contains ~313 mg of gabapentin2
- The recommended starting dose of Horizant® for PHN is 600 mg in the morning for 3 days, then increase to 600 mg twice daily on day 41
- Horizant® is not interchangeable with other gabapentin products, because of differing PK profiles1
- Patients with renal impairment: Doses of Horizant® must be adjusted in accordance with renal function1
