Horizant®: Once-daily dosing for RLS1,a

No titration required1
  • The starting dose (600 mg) is the therapeutic dose1
  • Horizant® 600 mg contains ~313 mg of gabapentin2
  • No tapering is required during discontinuation1
  • Tablets should be swallowed whole and should not be cut, crushed, or chewed. Tablets should be taken with food1
  • Patients with renal impairment: Doses of Horizant® must be adjusted in accordance with renal function1

bPatients with creatinine clearance <60 mL/min require a different dosing regimen.1
